The specifications, models, prices of any items on this site may not be current at the time that you view it. Please contact us for the most up to date information. Because of the nature of technology, the colours shown on the site may not match the actual colours. Prices shown on product sites include Government registration tax, relevant duty tax and VAT.
Nissan owns all the Intellectual Property Rights relating to the site. You may not copy anything on the site without Nissan's permission. You are granted the right only to view the site and print material from it. You can only do this for your personal use and / or for you to make informed decisions about Nissan's products. You must not copy, publish or modify anything on the site or re-sell any of the information that you have viewed or printed from it.

Mizzi + Loyalty Card Scheme Terms & Conditions
Mizzi + (Plus) is a loyalty card programme operated by Mizzi Motors Ltd., (referred to as COMPANY), a limited liability company registered in Malta, and with its registered address at Muscat Motors, Rue D’Argens, Msida, Malta.
Members declare to have read, accepted and that they shall abide by all the terms and conditions set out below and other directives and/or published on the COMPANY’s website. (www.mizzimotors.com). These terms and conditions set out the relationship between members and the COMPANY.
These Consumer Terms may be varied by the COMPANY from time to time and amendments to these Terms & Conditions shall be posted on the Company’s website (www.mizzimotors.com).
Membership is free of charge
All residents in Malta who have purchased a vehicle after the 1st January 2008 from Nissan Motor Sales Ltd and have attained the age of at least 18 years are eligible to become card holders. The loyalty card shall be issued to purchasers of new vehicles up to a month after delivery of the vehicle upon filling in the appropriate application form. Applicants will be notified of acceptance by the assignment and issuance of a membership card.
Customers who have not purchased their car from one of the showrooms belonging to Mizzi Motors Ltd, are still eligible for a Mizzi + Loyalty card, once they have serviced their car on 3+ occassions at one of the service garages belonging to Mizzi Motors Ltd.
The COMPANY has the right to refuse any applicant without the need to give any reason. The decision of the COMPANY will be final in this respect.
Preferred Mailing Address
All correspondence will be sent to the member at the address indicated on the application form. The member is responsible for notifying us of any change of name, address or other details. The company shall not be held liable for any communication not received even though the address given is correct.
Mizzi+ membership cards are non-transferable and remain the property of the COMPANY at all times and the COMPANY reserves the right to request the return of the Mizzi+ membership cards on demand.
Authorised holders of the Mizzi+ loyalty card are eligible to receive benefits and rewards as specified from time to time by Mizzi Motors either through direct communication or through the website. Benefits/discounts offered to the card holders cannot be combined with any other benefits/discounts or offers that the COMPANY may make to its customers either in general or to specified target groups. Benefits/discounts are redeemable only at the service garage situated at Nissan Motor Sales Ltd., National Road, Blata L-Bajda HMR9010
The COMPANY reserves the right to terminate either a member’s card or even the entire membership scheme at its absolute discretion. Any misuse of the card or breach of conditions stated herein or on the COMPANY’s website may cause immediate cancellation of membership and will have his/her card withdrawn.
A member has the right to cancel his/her membership at any time he/she deems fit.
The COMPANY process all information and personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act. It will take all safeguards necessary to prevent unauthorised access. The COMPANY, its associates and subsidiaries will only use the data for the administration of the loyalty programme and for marketing purposes. By applying for the card, the applicant is giving his/her consent for his/her data to be used as described above.
