ACCESS YOUR CONNECTED VEHICLE DATA
Your connected vehicle collects and shares data to support performance, quality control & improvements, convenience, and safety features. This includes information such as your trip data statistics, vehicle performance, in-vehicle status, and battery & charging information.
From 12th September 2025, you’ll have the right to access to / share with third party the data your vehicle generates in accordance with thanks to the EU Data Act.
HOW TO REQUEST YOUR DATA
Step 1 - Check that your vehicle is eligible.
You can download connected usage data from the following Nissan vehicles, as long as they were produced from the dates listed below:
- Nissan LEAF – from May 2019
- Nissan NAVARA – from July 2019
- Nissan JUKE – from November 2019
- Nissan QASHQAI – from July 2021
- Nissan ARIYA – from July 2022
- Nissan X-TRAIL – from September 2022
Step 2 - Check that your vehicle is paired with your NissanConnect Services app.
You can download the NissanConnect Services app and connect your vehicle here.
Pairing your vehicle with the NissanConnect Services App is pre-requisite for the user identification purpose.
Step 3 - Fill out our online form using the link below.
Once submitted, you’ll receive a copy of your data without undue delay, at latest within 4 weeks.
You can also use the form to authorize a third party such as an insurer or service provider to access your vehicle data on your behalf.
