Statutory warranty
Nissan vehicles are covered by the statutory 2-year minimum warranty under sales law.
The two-year statutory warranty under sales law protects your rights to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund if goods do not match their description or do not function as intended. For used vehicles, the statutory warranty period can be contractually reduced to one year.
